Wagner wins Heartland Poker Tour Meadows Main Event
Many congratulations go to Dan Wagner who has taken down the Heartland Poker Tour The Meadows $1,100 Main Event.
He was down to just three big blinds with 5 players remaining but mounted a spirited fightback. The $76,165 prize takes his career earnings to almost $900,000. The prize includes a $3,500 HPT Championship Package.
“I ran great for the last three hours,” he said after to HPT officials. “They gave me the cards. I didn’t have to do anything.” He said the winnings would be rolled to Las Vegas in the summer as his own poker tour continues.

The Heartland Poker Tour continues later this month. The HPT Columbus has some preliminary events in the next few days with the $1,650 Main Event set to commence on April 27th.
