Dylan Linde wins final WPT tournament of 2018
Our congratulations go to Dylan Linde who has taken down the $10k WPT Five Diamond World Poker Classic, the final event of the WPT of 2018, for $1,631,468.
The tournament, at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, saw a record field of 1,001 which made it the largest $10k tournament in the history of the WPT.
Linde scored a record win – his previous best being a payday of $348,269 in the 2016 WSOP – and also won him a ticket to the season ending Baccarat Crystal Tournament of Champions.
It was also a good tournament for Ping Liu, his 4th place finish moving him up to 2nd in the WPT Player of the Year race.

The 2019 WPT commences on January 12th with the $10k buy in WPT Gardens Poker Championship at The Gardens Casino.
